Frank brings to our team his extensive experience as a resourceful and results-driven senior public safety manager with a demonstrated track record of achievement in police/security services, emergency management, communications, training and development, community relations, event planning, construction, and investigations.  This real-world experience in working with and leading cross-functional and multi-location teams, communicating with all levels of management and key stakeholders, and directing all aspects of job functionalities in a dynamic and collaborative environment is now benefiting SRMC’s roster of clients.  Frank is committed to leveraging his knowledge of the issues to address and pitfalls to avoid in enhancing safety operations to create a roadmap for continued improvements and meeting the short and long-term security objectives of our clients.
